• The valve plug can be customized according to the needs of users with different designs. It can be made as three ports, four ports, five ports, six ports, multi-valve groups or shroud types, etc.
• A no-clearance bonnet seal valve plug is similar to a no-clearance ball valve. It reduces the clearance between the valve ball and the valve body to a 1-3mm ball valve design. It cannot provide the benefits of a shell bonnet seal. This feature makes the plunger valve suitable for many corrosive media such as light crystallization, viscosity, catalyst particle content and corrosive fluid deposition.
